The 2004 Tsunami was a shock. Was this a natural disaster or a test?

On 26 December 2004, at 07:58:53 local time (UTC+7), a major earthquake with a magnitude of 9.2–9.3 Mw struck with an epicentre off the west coast of northern Sumatra, Indonesia. A massive tsunami with waves up to 30 m (100 ft) high, known as the Boxing Day Tsunami after the Boxing Day holiday, or as the Asian Tsunami, devastated communities along the surrounding coasts of the Indian Ocean, killing an estimated 227,898 people in 14 countries in one of the deadliest natural disasters in recorded history.
If you watch this can you image when the waves are in hundreds of feet or thousands of feet, the damage and loss of life that will be caused?
In this video a scientist explains that when a earthquake is at sea it pushes up the sea floor. Imagine this an earthquake is sent out from a few of its Neutrino Energy Observatories simultaneously pushing up sea floor where they want collapsing Islands into the sea and collapsing under the sea islands, mountains and cliffs and so on into the sea what are you going to see? What will you witness? Will your family be safe? Are you going to be up high when the ISS comes down?
